Our crutches and walking sticks are fully decorated, so they cannot be altered once you've chosen your size so please measure carefully.   

All measurement options on each listing are the distance between the top of the crutch handle and the bottom of the ferrule.

The best method is to measure from the top of your current crutch or walking stick handle to the end of the stick and choose the closest option to this.

If you don't have a current stick or crutch to hand, follow the guide below.

How to measure handle height for your diamanté crutch or walking stick

1. Hang your arm down by your side.
2. Find the end of your ulna bone (the bone that sticks out by your wrist)
3. Measure the distance from this bone (when your arm is down by your side) to the floor.
4. Choose the measurement from the drop-down box that is closest to your calculation.  All measurement options on each listing are the distance between the top of the crutch handle and the bottom of the ferrule.

It may help to mark this on an object or wall and measure from the mark or get someone to assist you to make sure your measurement is as accurate as possible.

Important: If you are ordering your crutch for a particular event, please measure while wearing the shoes you intend to wear (or those of a similar height).  If you are wearing heels or shoes with chunky soles, this will affect the height of your crutch.

Crutches

All our diamanté crutches are made using the Ossenberg ergonomic soft grip crutches (closed cuff).  We have chosen them for their comfort, durability and sleek profile, making them a perfect choice for customisation. 

The specification for each crutch is as follows:

• Maximum handle height: 103cm (40")*
• Maximum user weight: 23.5 stone (150kg)
• Ferrule size: 19mm

Walking sticks

We have chosen the Ziggy gel handle walking stick for all our diamanté walking sticks.

The specification for each walking stick are as follows:

• Maximum handle height: 99cm (39")*
• Ferrule Size: 19mm

Please note: Due to the customisation of each product, all our crutches and walking sticks take up to two weeks to dispatch.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If your item is damaged or defective, will will provde a return shipping label. For all other returns, the cost of the shipping label must be paid by the customer.
